I'll upgrade current software, either with downloadable patches, or from CD or other media. This includes Windows & Linux security patches, as well as Microsoft Office security updates. You must provide your original CD's if necessary, or some other proof of licence for the software in question. Naturally, any GPL software is free of this requirement.

I can also install newly aquired software, ensuring clean and appropriate installation.
